Shipping & Returns

We take great care in packing and dispatching every item. All material is sent fully registered and insured, with tracking provided. The terms below apply to all orders placed through nileandlevant.com.

Shipping & Handling. Shipping and handling is charged at a flat rate per order based on total order value. Orders up to $500.00: $20.00 domestic (US), $30.00 international. Orders over $500.00: free shipping, domestic and international. Rates apply per order, not per item.

Registered & Insured Dispatch. Every order, regardless of value, is dispatched by registered and insured post with full tracking. Given the irreplaceable nature of postal history material, we do not offer untracked or uninsured shipping. A tracking number is provided once your order has been dispatched.

Dispatch Times. Orders are typically dispatched within 2 to 3 business days of cleared payment. International transit times vary by destination and customs processing. Any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

Returns. Every item is described and illustrated as accurately as possible, and is sold with a guarantee that it is as described. Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt, subject to the following conditions: the item must be returned in its original, unaltered condition; the item must not have been removed from its holder, soaked, remounted, or otherwise modified; notice of intent to return must be given within the 14-day window, with the item dispatched promptly thereafter; returns must be sent by registered and insured post, and return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer unless the item was not as described. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item in its original condition, a full refund of the purchase price will be issued. Where an item is found not to be as described, return shipping will also be reimbursed.
